We’ve developed and implemented state-of-the-art technology that allows providers to submit claims electronically, check claims status, and join our network. Requirements to apply for network participation include:
- Completed application
- Current state(s) license
- Individual NPI
- Current federal DEA certification, if applicable
- Professional liability insurance
- Tax documents (W9)
- Current board certificate and specialty diploma(s), if applicable
We’ve established a growing provider network of 90,000 dental and 12,000 vision providers. All of our providers have undergone strict credentialing procedures, background checks, and office evaluations.
If you suspect fraud, waste or abuse in the health care system, you must report it to ABS or one of the external sites listed below so that it can be investigated. Your actions may help to improve the health care system and reduce costs for our members, customers and business partners. To report suspected fraud, waste or abuse, please contact the ABS compliance officer through one of the methods listed below. The only anonymous method is through the mail.
