How will I receive my ID card?

Your ID card will be mailed within 5 days after your effective date. Please contact Argus Florida Healthy Kids Customer Care at (888) 978-9513 for any questions.

How do I change my address or contact information?

Please contact Florida KidCare at (888) 540-KIDS (5437).

How do I make a dental appointment?

To make an appointment, simply call your preferred Network Dentist. If you need help selecting a Network Dentist, please contact Argus Florida Healthy Kids Customer Care at (888) 978-9513.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

If you need to cancel or change your dental appointment, please contact your dentist at least 24-48 hours prior to your visit.

Can I change my dentist?

Yes. You may change your Network Dentist at any time by calling Argus Florida Healthy Kids Customer Care at (888) 978-9513 or email: healthykids@argusdental.com.

What if I have a dental emergency?

If you have a dental emergency, please contact your Network Dentist or Argus Florida Healthy Kids Customer Care at (888) 978-9513.
